NRF: E-commerce, non-store sales expected to grow 7 to 10 percent in 2015

WASHINGTON, DC (WMBF) – E-commerce and other non-store sales are expected to grow between 7 and 10 percent this year, according to the National Retail Federation.

The world's largest retail trade association released its 2015 economic forecast Thursday.

The NRF predicts a 4.1 percent uptick in retail industry sales, which exclude automobiles, gas stations, and restaurants in 2015.

The 4.1 percent increase would mark the biggest annual growth since 2011 when retail sales for the year increased 5.1 percent, according to the federation.
