NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A South Carolina native plans to watch himself star in the sixth episode of reality show ‘Redneck Island' Thursday night.

Jeremy Morris, of North Myrtle Beach, stars along with 23 cast members in an “all-out competition for $100,000.”

Morris said CMT approached him about the game hosted by Steve Austin and Jessie James Decker.

The two-dozen cast members and a production crew filmed in Lake Hartwell, Georgia, Morris said.

The experience was filled with many firsts for Morris. He said it was his first time on television and first time living with 23 strangers.

“You learn to live differently,” Morris laughed, as he described the technology-free, unique experience.

Despite $100,000 on the line, Morris said the relationships he formed with the cast will be lasting.

“We'll be lifelong friends,” He said.

You can catch CMT ‘Redneck Island' airing at 10 p.m. Thursday.
