DARLINGTON, SC (WMBF) - Two people have been arrested after an active meth lab was found near Hartsville.
James Bryce Futrell, 27, and Dawn Blackburn, 29, were charged with manufacturing methamphetamine, according to the Darlington County Sheriff's Office Drug Enforcement Unit.
The unit found the active meth lab on Johnson Street, just outside of Hartsville on Wednesday night, officials said.
Two elder adults were removed from the home while all harmful materials were cleaned and removed.
Officials said the active criminal investigation remains open and other charges are pending.
