Man found guilty in 2012 Horry County double homicide

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - A Tabor City man was found guilty on two counts of murder Thursday.

Odom Bryant was convicted in an Horry County courtroom, according to the Horry County Solicitor's Office.

Bryant was sentenced to two life sentences to be served concurrently.

Bryant was arrested in 2012 by U.S. Marshals, four weeks after the murder.

Police say Bryant was part of a trio who plotted together and shot and killed 66-year-old Amos Hatfield and 40-year-old Thomas Hatfield.

Police: Wife conspired with 2 men in husband's death

A third suspect, in the case, has yet to go to trial. The case is still pending. No trial date has been set.
