College Prep Day to be held at Horry-Georgetown Technical College

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and Horry-Georgetown Technical College will hold the Annual Institutions of Higher Learning College Prep Day program on January 31. Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and Horry-Georgetown Technical College will hold the Annual Institutions of Higher Learning College Prep Day program on January 31.

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. and Horry-Georgetown Technical College will hold the Annual Institutions of Higher Learning College Prep Day program on January 31.

The program is for seventh through 12th grade students and their parents. The general public is also invited. The College Prep Day will be held at Horry-Georgetown Technical College's Café and the Kent D. Sharples Building from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The event features representatives from surrounding colleges such as, Allen University, Benedict College, Claflin University, Coastal Carolina, the College of Charleston, Horry-Georgetown Tech, South Carolina State University, the University of South Carolina, North Carolina A&T and others.

Information on the SAT, ACT, scholarships, financial aid and more will be provided. Lunch will also be served.
