Consider This: Meet WMBF News' new GM, Sarah Miles

We are now a week into 2015 and most of us are settled back into our routines….and hopefully that includes some goals and resolutions for you personally or professionally.

For me it includes taking on the new position of General Manager here at WMBF News. It's an incredible opportunity that allows me to continue to be an advocate for our community.

I have been the News Director at WMBF for the past 5 years so I understand the issues, the concerns, the accomplishments and the characteristics of the people who live in both the Grand Strand and Pee Dee.

First, I would like to thank you for your support of WMBF News…for your belief in our mission as journalists and our mission as a local television station to support and grow local businesses.

And Now it's time to focus on the new year and we will do it with curiosity, enthusiasm, and integrity. We won't shy away from asking tough questions or from holding the powerful accountable and your input, feedback and opinions are such an important part of that. So, I look forward to hearing from you.
