MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - In observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, local offices and facilities will be closed, Monday, January 19.
Below is a list of offices that will be closed.
The City of Myrtle Beach's offices will be closed on Monday, January 19.
Solid waste or recycling services will not be offered on Monday. For Tuesday, January 20, through Thursday, January 22, solid waste and recycling collections will occur as follows.
· Zone 1-Tuesday, January 20
· Zone 2- Wednesday, January 21
· Zone 3-Thursday, January 22
· Zone 4-Thursday, January 22
NORTH MYRTLE BEACH
North Myrtle Beach City Hall and the J. Bryan Floyd Community Center will be closed on Monday, January 19.
The Aquatic & Fitness Center will be open.
Sanitation services will be provided according to regular schedule.
Horry County Government
All Horry County offices, other than public safety operations will be closed on Monday, January 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.'s Birthday. Regular courts may be in operation in the Horry County Government and Justice Center.
The City of Florence will be closed Monday, January 19, for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday. Garbage routes for Monday and Tuesday will be collected on Tuesday, January 20. There will be no yard waste collection on Monday or Tuesday's routes. The regular schedule will resume on January 21.
County offices, the landfill, and solid waste collection centers will be closed on Monday, January 19th, in observance of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday.
City offices will be closed on Monday, January 19, in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
