3 Republicans run for SC House District 63

Three Republican candidates are vying for the South Carolina House District 63 in primary election that will be held in Florence County on Tuesday. Three Republican candidates are vying for the South Carolina House District 63 in primary election that will be held in Florence County on Tuesday.

FLORENCE COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Three Republican candidates are vying for the South Carolina House District 63 in primary election that will be held in Florence County on Tuesday.

Below is a list the candidates:

1. Robby Hill

2. Elijah Jones

3. Jay Jordan

Hill is a Florence councilman and HillSouth entrepreneur, Jones is the owner of SonShine Management Systems, Inc. and Jordan is a lawyer. All of the candidates are from Florence.

The primary election will be held February 24, and the special election will be held on April 1.

    Several people who live on the side streets of Ocean Blvd. in North Myrtle Beach recently received a letter saying they need to get rid of obstructions in front of their homes. The city says that’s because the space could be used for public parking. Around 30 people came out to the city council meeting on Monday to speak out about the issue.
