GEORGETOWN, SC (WMBF) - Stroke care nurses and dietitians from Georgetown Hospital System are partnering with stroke care specialists at MUSC Health to host Stroke Prevention Night.
This free event will be held on January 13, at the Georgetown High School auditorium, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. The public will learn about stroke prevention, risk factors and emergency care.
There will be free blood pressure checks, screenings, information on symptoms, treatment options and more.
Registration is not required.
Georgetown High School is located on 2500 Anthuan Maybank Drive.
