Two are in custody after road rage incident

DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Two people are in custody after a road rage incident that occurred on Wednesday, December 31 at approximately 11 a.m. 

A caller reported to the Hartsville Police Department that one car was chasing another. Around the same time, another caller called the Darlington County Sheriff's Office about a wreck on the 1000 block of East Carolina Avenue, outside of Hartsville.

According to a press release from DCSO, One black Chevrolet four-door sedan ran through three residential yards before the vehicle flipped, landed on its side and caught fire. Three suspects left the scene of the crash and entered a nearby home.

Officials caught two of the three suspects at the home but continue to search for the third suspect.
