HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Six youth rock 'n' roll bands will graduate from Dino Capone's School of Rock on January 3, 2015.

The school affords music students the opportunity to play in real rock bands and perform in venues in the area.

The graduating bands consist of musicians, ages eight to 18 who auditioned in the late summer and rehearsed for the past 12 weeks to prepare for graduation.

This is no ordinary graduation. Collision Course, Rampage, Amplified Existence, District 12, Time Bomb and No Compromise will take the stage at the House of Blues in North Myrtle Beach at 7:30 p.m. to show what they have learned.

Tickets for the graduation concert are $6 in advance and $10 the day of the event. Tickets can be purchased at Dino Capone's School of Rock and the House of Blues Box Office.

The event is open to adults and children of all ages.
