LAKE CITY, SC (WMBF) – U.S. Marshals and two local law enforcement agencies arrested a Scranton man for attempted murder in Lake City.
Luther Fludd, 20, was charged with two counts of attempted murder, Lake City Police Captain Kelly said.
The charges stem from two separate incidents happening in May and August.
In one of the incidents, the victim was severely injured by a gunshot wound, which caused paralysis, according to Kelly.
Officials arrested Fludd at a residence in Florence County, according to the Lake City Police Department.
U.S. Marshals were assisted by the LCPD and Florence County Sheriff's Office.
Fludd was denied bail Monday when he went before a judge.
He is currently being held at the Florence County Detention Center.
