Big South basketball championship tickets for sale

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Full-session ticket books for the 2015 VisitMyrtleBeach.com Big South Men's and Women's Basketball Championships are now available for purchase.

Tickets can be purchased online at ticketreturn.com or at Coastal Carolina University's ticket office. Prices range from $60 to $90 per ticket book. Booklets for all 20 games of the men's and women's championships are $90. Teal or chairback seats are $75. Bronze (benchback) and Endzone seats are $60. The games will be held on March 3-8 at the HTC Center. Specific seats can be bought until the allotment is sold out.

Individuals who purchase a ticketbook before November 11, will be entered to win the following prizes:

  • Grand prize of a 5-night stay for two during the VisitMyrtleBeach.com Basketball Championship (valid only for March 2-3 arrival and March 8-9 departure ), plus one $50 gift card to use at a restaurant listed on www.GrandStrandRestuarants.com, two rolling duffle bags and two tickets to Sky Wheel 
  • One rolling duffle bag, one tervis tumbler and one $50 gift card to use at a restaurant listed on www.GrandStrandRestuarants.com

Session 5 – Thursday, March 5 (Women's Games 4 and 5 – Quarterfinals)

Session 6 – Thursday, March 5 (Women's Games 6 and 7 – Quarterfinals)

Session 7 – Friday, March 6 (Men's Games 4 and 5 – Quarterfinals)

Session 8 – Friday, March 6 (Men's Games 6 and 7 – Quarterfinals)

    MARION COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Police say a suspect is in custody Tuesday after a brief manhunt through the Zion community in Marion County. Mullins Police Chief Michael Bethea says the suspect was wanted for operation of a stolen vehicle. Authorities responded to the call around 11 a.m. Tuesday morning according to Bethea.
