LITTLE RIVER, SC (WMBF) – Two suspects are wanted in connection with an armed robbery in Little River.

The Kangaroo gas station, located at 860 Highway 17, was robbed on October 15, according to a police report. The crime happened at around 3:40 a.m., according to a post on the Horry County Police Department Facebook page.

The store clerk said the suspects held her at gunpoint and demanded the registers be opened. About $125 cash was taken, along with Newport cigarettes, cigar wraps and the victim's purse.

One suspect is described as a black male wearing dark shorts and a long sleeve black hoodie. The other suspect is described as a black male wearing dark shorts, a black sweatshirt and a white bandana and blue baseball hat, the report states.
