Former Aynor police officer pleads guilty to misconduct in office

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - A former Aynor police officer pleaded guilty to two charges after offering to drop a ticket if the woman pulled up her shirt, on two separate occasions.

Bradley Rex Jordan, 25, of Aynor was charged Tuesday, October 15, according to Horry County court records.

Jordan was charged with two counts of misconduct in office.

One charge stems from June 2012, however Jordan wasn't arrested until August. In 2013, a similar incident occurred. Jordan was arrested in May 2013 for offering to dismiss a traffic violation if the woman pulled up her shirt, and was placed on paid administrative leave pending an internal investigation.

Jordan has been fined $250 plus court costs and assessments.
