MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The South Carolina Department of Commerce brought its "just right" campaign to the Grand Strand.
WMBF News Anchor Michael Maely spoke and emceed the meeting on Thursday.
The DOC's "just right" campaign is all about getting the word out about South Carolina's positive business climate and how as individuals, everyone can make a difference.
"How can we use our own feelings and our own impressions of ourselves to our own neighbors? How can that bode for the future to help our economy grow, to help attract new investments to South Carolina but at the same time keep South Carolina a great place we love to live," explained Hugh Weathers, SC Commission of Agriculture.
The event was just one of a series of luncheons scheduled around the state over the next few months.
