Loris looks to Williams to lead the Lions past Georgetown

LORIS, S.C. - There only remains a handful of teams from our area that have yet to lose a game and two of them will be going head to head for our Extra Point Game of the Week for Week 5. The Georgetown Bulldogs seem not to have missed a beat when starting quarterback Jarvis Brown went down in Week Zero with an injury but he looks to be ready to lock in with Loris on Friday night. As for the Lions, Head Coach Jamie Snider has confidence in his own signal caller and his ability to lead the team to a victory.

"Tajay just keeps getting better week in and week out," said Snider. "He keeps improving and he keeps developing. And we're real pleased with where he's at and how far he's come since spring ball started back in may and we expect nothing but great things out of him."

"[With] my job, the best thing to do is to just keep everything bonded,"Tajay Williams, Loris' quarterback. "Cant let anybody put their head down and we got to stay together because I feel like if we fight and we stay together as a family we can come out there with a w."

Loris travels to Georgetown, September 26th, for their last non-region game of the season. Kickoff set for 7:30 p.m.
