Darlington man faces ten years in jail on cocaine charge

DARLINGTON COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – A Darlington County man was charged and pled guilty to three counts of distribution of cocaine in the second offense.

Marcal Arnez Wright, 25, was sentenced to ten years in prison on Thursday. Wright will have to serve 85% on his sentence, according to Darlington County Sheriff J. Wayne Bryd.

"We are glad to have Mr. Wright off the streets. Every day he spends in jail is a good day for the people of Darlington County," Sheriff Byrd said.
