Myrtle Beach Police seek man in connection with burglary

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach Police are looking for a man wanted for questioning in connection with a burglary from a store on Enterprise Drive last month.

Police are attempting to locate Deterris Bellamy, who is wanted for questioning for a burglary that happened on August 28 in the 1300 block of Enterprise Drive, according to an MBPD news release. There are no warrants for Bellamy at this time.

Police responded to the business to find the front glass door broken, apparently with a large rock, according to the MBPD report. About $320 was taken from a drawer in the store, as well as a bag containing business contracts, and possibly credit card information.

The damage to the door was estimated at about $900.

Anyone with information on Bellamy's whereabouts is asked to call MBPD at 843-918-1903.
