Several roads flood in Horry County

HORRY COUNTY, SC (WMBF) - Several roads are flooded in Horry County, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol.

More than five roads have been reported with roadway flooding.

- Nichols Highway near Barnhill Road

- West Dogwood Road and Highway 930

- Highway 917 between Grainger Road and Highway 19

- Highway 319 and King Farm Road

- Valley Forge and Glen Road

- Highway 548 and Gemini Road

Drivers should avoid these areas, if possible.

    A threat was discovered written on a bathroom wall at Conway High School, according to a post on the school’s Facebook page. The threat was “a derogatory statement about a teacher,” and was investigated by school officials and law enforcement.
