YOUTUBE: Video of Hurricane Arthur from lighthouse 30 miles offshore

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Frying Pan Tower, located about 30 miles from the Grand Strand coast, is getting some great video as Hurricane Arthur passes nearby.

In one video, Richard Neal, who owns and operates the lighthouse-turned-bed-and-breakfast, catches a 15-foot rogue wave as it passes under him. "I think I felt the tower move on that one," Neal said after the wave passed by.

In another video, Neal lowers a GoPro camera under the ocean to see the activity below the surface.

WMBF News Anchor David Klugh recently spent a weekend at the unique and adventurous vacation spot, which is still in the process of being renovated.
