TONIGHT AT 6 - A Mother's Fight Against Bullying

TONIGHT AT 6PM - A local fourth grader says he has been bullied, teased, and now, he's terrified.

"I was really upset - whether she meant to hurt him or not, she had," says the mother of the bullied fourth grader.

She says it's not just kids who are doing it: "He said, 'The teacher called me a beached whale.'"

WMBF News Investigates how this student became a target at school, and school leaders' reactions to it.

"From the assistant principal to the student affairs director, I feel like they don't care about my kid," says the concerned mom.
