CONWAY, SC (WMBF) – StarTek will be hosting a job fair on Wednesday, April 30 to hire Customer Service Representatives for the company's Myrtle Beach call center.
The job fair will be from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. at the Horry Georgetown Technical College's Conway campus, at the D. Kent Sharples Student and Community Life Complex, just off Victor Lane.
"STARTEK is currently hiring Customer Service Representatives, who we call Brand Warriors. In this role, our employees provide inbound customer service to our clients' customers via phone for everything from billing questions, account activations, upgrades, and troubleshooting service," said Kim Kinkade, Human Resource Manager for STARTEK Myrtle Beach.
The requirements for applicants include:
-Full-time, open availability between 8:00 A.M. to 1:00 A.M. hours of operation, 7 days/week, 365 days/year
-High school diploma or GED
-Must have at least 6 months of recent customer service experience in the following industries (call center, retail, hospitality or service industry)
-Prior sales experience a PLUS
