Lumberton man faces second-degree murder charge

ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - A Lumberton man has been arrested in connection to a murder that happened earlier this month.

Dephaney Rockwell Blue, 40, has been charged with second-degree murder, according to Major Anthony Thompson with Robeson County Sheriff's Office.

Officials said Leo Warren Cromartie, 59, of Lumberton died Sunday, April 6, from a blunt force to the head. WMBF News first reported this case on April 7. For more information visit: http://bit.ly/1jGjOjK.

Blue was placed in the Robeson County Detention Center with a $30,000 bond.
