MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The body of a man missing since Friday, April 18 was found Saturday afternoon in a wooded area near the Coastal Grand Mall on Seaboard Street and Harrelson Boulevard, authorities confirmed.

Gerald Graham, 53, was last seen leaving the 3rd Avenue Sports Bar and Grill at about 9 p.m., Myrtle Beach Police officials stated. He was found deceased by family and members of the CUE Center for Missing Persons who were searching the area.

Horry County Deputy Coroner Darris Fowler said that the preliminary results indicate there was no foul play involved, and Graham's death appears natural. Graham did have health issues, Fowler said.

However, the coroner's office is still awaiting the results of a complete autopsy, and a toxicology report, which could take 90 to 120 days.

MBPD officials believe Graham was walking home to Burgess from the bar. Darris Fowler with the Horry County Coroner's Office said an autopsy will be performed Sunday morning. At this time, it is too early to tell if foul play was involved, he said.

The scene is secured, and the MBPD Crime Scene Unit and coroner's office are investigating.
