Grand Strand, Pee Dee hopping with Easter activities

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Brightly-colored eggs and children with baskets will be found all over the Myrtle Beach area this weekend, and plenty of places are getting in on the 2014 Easter fun.

Friday, April 18:

• Fish Fry - 11 am - 1:30 pm & 4 pm - 6:30 pm at Belin United Methodist Church, Belin Memorial's Family Life Center, located at 4182 Highway 17 Business in Murrells Inlet. Dine In or Carry Out. Ticket Price:  $9 - Proceeds benefit International Missions of Belin UMC

Easter fun for all ages continues on Saturday. Below is a list of scheduled events:

Saturday, April 19

• Ripley's Aquarium's Breakfast with the Easter Bunny – 8 to 10 a.m. – Ripley's Aquarium at Broadway at the Beach – www.BroadwayAtTheBeach.com

• 32nd Annual North Myrtle Beach Easter Egg Hunt – 10 a.m. – McLean Park in North Myrtle Beach – www.NMB.us

• Surfside Beach Easter Egg Hunt – 2 to 3 p.m. – Huckabee Complex, located at 499 Spanish Oak Drive in Myrtle Beach – www.SurfsideBeach.org

• James R. Frazier Community Center Easter Egg Hunt – 3 to 5 p.m. – James R. Frazier Community Center in Bucksport – www.HorryCounty.org

    NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Warrants could be issued as early as Sunday after a Myrtle Beach woman allegedly shot at her ex-boyfriend  and his new girlfriend in the parking lot of Walmart on Highway 17. North Myrtle Beach spokesman Pat Dowling says the incident happened in the parking lot around 1:20 a.m..     ROBESON COUNTY, NC (WMBF) - One man is dead and another seriously injured after an incident at the Campbell's Soup factory in Maxton Sunday morning.
