Myrtle Beach Police looking for credit card fraud suspect

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – Myrtle Beach Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly charged a victim's credit card at several different locations around Myrtle Beach in February.

According to a MBPD report, the victim told police that he believed he dropped his debit card in the lobby, and was unaware it was missing until he got a call from his bank stating that his card had been used several times in the Myrtle Beach area.

The victim told police the card was used at a Myrtle Beach Foot Lion, Kangaroo Express, and Arby's for charges ranging from $55 to $112.

An investigating officer checked the times of the transactions against several of the stores' video surveillance tapes, and obtained copies of the video showing the suspect.
