LITTLE RIVER, SC (WMBF) – Two teens were arrested Monday in connection with the armed robbery of a Little River pharmacy in December 2013, according to police.

William Charles Bellamy, 18, and 19-year-old Brian Andrew Meier were arrested and charged with armed robbery Monday, according to records from J. Reuben Long Detention Center.

On December 19, 2013, a man wearing dark-colored shades and a Gamecock baseball cap entered the CVS on East Highway 9 in Little River, according to the police report. The suspect handed the pharmacy associate a note with a list of drugs, including morphine and roxycodone. The note stated he was armed, and not to say anything to co-workers.

The pharmacy assistant said she needed help from the pharmacy technician, who gave the suspect several bottles of prescription medication with a combined value of $1,320, according to the report.

The pharmacy technician told police she thought she recognized the suspect as a boy who went to school with her daughter, and the suspect was seen on surveillance camera.
