FLORENCE SC, (WMBF) - The West Florence High School Student Council teamed up with the Make-A-Wish-Foundation to raise over $5,700 on February 10th, with help from the local community, for six-year-old Princess Jasiah.

Ms. Janice Howard, Student Council Advisor and Global Career Development Facilitator, is the advisor at West Florence High School.

Jasiah's wish is to go to Disney World with her family, and now that wish will come true.

The Make-A-Wish Foundation® grants contribute to children with life-threatening medical conditions. The South Carolina chapter grants more than 130 each year and has never turned down a medically qualified South Carolina child for a wish.
