MRYTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The Myrtle Beach Tanger Outlet Centers are hosting a job fair Saturday, February 15, from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Employers will be filling full time/part time/seasonal positions of all skill levels. Help Wanted listings are updated daily and can be found at:

There are currently listings for about 10 open positions between the Tanger Outlets on Highway 17 and Highway 501 in Myrtle Beach.

All applicants must check in at shopper services for exclusive job fair info. Applicants at the outlet center on Hwy 17 must go to Suite 204 & 281, while applicants at the Hwy 501 outlet must head to Suite M115.

    A 32-year-old man was reportedly robbed at gunpoint of $1,984 and other belongings Monday afternoon by two men Monday afternoon. According to a Myrtle Beach Police Department incident report, police responded to a home in the 100 block of Cedar Street for a report of an armed robbery.

    The school district is in the process of hiring around 250 teachers for next school year and is holding an information session about alternative certification Thursday, according to Spokesperson for Horry County School District, Lisa Bourcier. Recruitment started in January and the district has already started making job offers. According to Bourcier, leaders are hoping to complete the hiring process over the summer.
