MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a man they say took a ring from the Belk store in the Coastal Grand Mall on December 30.

The gold ring has a blue center stone and smaller diamonds, and was taken from the Jewelry counter at the stone, police officials state.

The man fled the scene in a light-colored vehicle. The individual is described as white male who is 5-foot-11-inches tall, with dark hair and a beard.

Contact the MBPD, PFC Bannister at 843-918-1382, if you recognize him or know where he is.
