Severe winter storm delays, cancels several MYR flights

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The extreme winter weather in the Northeast United States has affected several flights coming in to Myrtle Beach International Airport Friday.

Spirit Airlines flight 103 from Boston, Massachusetts to Myrtle Beach was canceled, and the leg of the flight from Myrtle Beach to Fort Lauderdale, Florida was delayed from the 8:02 a.m. departure time to 9:54 a.m., according to the Spirit Airlines website.

Spirit Airlines flight 379 from Atlantic City, New Jersey that was scheduled to arrive at 8:03 a.m. has been updated to arrive at 10:27 a.m. instead, according to MYR's website.

U.S. Airways flight 4601, which was scheduled to depart from Baltimore, Maryland at 6 a.m., stopover in Philadelphia, and arrive in Myrtle Beach at 9:05 a.m., was canceled, according to the U.S. Airways website.
