MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The number of passengers flying into the Myrtle Beach International Airport this November has decreased 1.23 percent from November of 2012, but 2013 year-to-date has shown a 12.46 percent increase overall.
Pat Apone, Interim Director of Airports, stated that "November is typically the month of the year where our airlines partners reduce flying into Myrtle Beach, resulting in passenger's volume decrease."

All in all, airline travel has increased since 2012. Apone confirms, "We are excited to finish the year, in order to see how many more passengers used our airport compared to last year."
