3 taken to hospital after I-95 crash

FLORENCE, SC (WMBF) - The West Florence Fire Department used the jaws of life to free one person from a single car crash on Interstate 95.

Captain Anthony fox says the crash occurred just before noon Friday at Mile Marker 160 on northbound I-95.

The one person removed from the car by the jaws of life and two other people were taken to the hospital by Florence County EMS. Their current conditions are unknown.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the cause of the collision.
