MBFD spokesperson Christian Sliker confirmed at about 2:10 p.m. that the fire was 100 percent contained. Fire crews remained on scene to make sure it's entirely out.

Crime scene investigators are headed to the motel, because it is the second fire at that location in less than a week, Sliker said. No cause has been determined at this time.
