MURRELLS INLET, SC (WMBF) – Three teenagers were arrested after an ongoing investigation into several burglaries in Murrells Inlet over the last few weeks, confirmed officials with the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office.
Deputies arrested Patricia Elizabeth Blair Hemlepp, 17, and 18-year-old Brian Scott Perry, both from Murrells Inlet, and both suspects in several incidents of burglary.
Dylan Armitage Purdy, 17, was arrested two days later.
Nance's Creek Front Restaurant at 4883 Highway 17 Business, the Hot Fish Club at 4999 Highway 17 Business, and two homes on South First Street were burglarized in a two-week period. Hemlepp was arrested on November 17, and Perry on November 20 in connection with those incidents.
According to officials, Hemlepp is charged with one count of hindering and obstructing, two counts of burglary second degree, and one count of grand larceny. Perry is charged with two counts of burglary first degree, two counts of burglary second degree, and one count of grand larceny.
Purdy is charged with one count of burglary.
