MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - The SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNINGS in the Grand Strand and Pee Dee have expired, but the chance of storms is sticking around through Tuesday evening.

A cold front moving through the Carolinas will keep the risk of showers and storms in the forecast through about midnight . After that, slightly cooler and less humid weather will start to move in.

Temperatures by Wednesday morning will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s. Wednesday will see the cold front move further off shore allowing more comfortable weather to settle in. High temperatures will stay below 90 for most areas, and the lower humidity will make it feel a bit more pleasant.
