(CNN) - There's new evidence today that eating fish is really good for your health, especially for women.

A study in the British Medical Journal finds women who eat oily fish once or twice a week may lower their risk for breast cancer.

Scientists said it's the omega-3 fatty acids in fish that are so good for you.

Fish like salmon, tuna and sardines contain the best concentrations of omega-3.
