Myrtle Beach mother arrested for unlawful neglect

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – The Myrtle Beach Police Department arrested a woman with two children on Wednesday after she stated she smoked crack earlier in the day, according to a police report.

The report says Rebecca Mae Killian, 29, was still intoxicated and with her two children, ages two-years-old and seven-months-old, when police spoke to her. There was a large rash on the side of the seven-month-old, which Killian failed to notice of or seek medical attention for.

Killian has been transported to the Myrtle Beach Police Department. She was arrested for felony unlawful neglect of child or helpless person, according to the police report.
