MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - An isolated thunderstorm has popped up over the Market Common and will clip Myrtle Beach as it moves east over the next 15 minutes.
A cold front will slip off the coast by Thursday evening allowing cooler temperatures to filter into the region.
By Friday morning, temperatures will drop into the upper 40s on the Grand Strand and mid 40s inland. Despite a cool start, Friday will be a pleasant day with temperatures in the lower 70s with lots of sunshine.
The weekend looks to be a bit cooler with highs in the upper 60s to near 70. Clouds will start to thicken on Saturday and a few showers will be possible by Sunday.
