MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - After a bitter cold start to the day we'll climb to the low 60s at the beach and the mid 60s inland, says WMBF Meteorologist Marla Branson.
Lots of sun is on tap for today, with shifting winds that will start to come out of the southwest this afternoon and help kick off a warming trend that will take us to the low 70s at the beach and the mid 70s inland throughout the weekend.
More clouds will move in Sunday night and Monday as a backdoor front tries to sneak in from the north. Our rain chances increase Monday afternoon and thunderstorms are in the forecast for Tuesday.
