CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - A repeat offender is set to face a decade behind bars for a burglary conviction, according to Solicitor Jimmy Richardson.
Thomas Mark Hendrick was facing a second degree burglary charge when he stepped before Circuit Court Judge Edward Cottingham on Tuesday, March 12.
Hendrick pleaded guilty to that non-violent charge, and was sentenced to 10 years in prison. The press release from the solicitor's office says Hendrick is considered a "repeat offender" with prior convictions dating back to 2004.
