MYRTLE BEACH (WMBF) - Myrtle Beach Police are investigating a
strong armed robbery that allegedly happened overnight. They tell us there was
at least one victim at a mobile home park near 5th Avenue South and Highway 15.
According to police reports, a "highly intoxicated" man told
police that he was beaten up and robbed by the people whose house he was at
drinking. He claimed that two men came outside, pushed him to the ground,
stomped on his face, and took his wallet and handgun.
The victim told police he had about $925 in his wallet. The
handgun was found lying in the dirt next to where the victim said the incident
took place.
He told police that one man was wearing a mask, and one was white man named "Cain."
Police are on scene, continuing to investigate the crime.
