MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - A Myrtle Beach man is facing charges after a concerned mom reported she saw him following her son's car with a gun in his hand.

That mother called Myrtle Beach Police on the afternoon of Tuesday, Feb. 12 saying she saw a black Lincoln driving down Nance Street behind a car her son's girlfriend was driving.

Her son was in the passenger's seat when she claims she heard two gunshots, and saw the driver of the black Lincoln holding a silver handgun.

Responding officers searched the area for spent rounds and bullets holes but didn't find any.

One week later, 30-year-old Antonio Felip Campbell of Myrtle Beach was arrested and charged with two counts of attempted murder, pointing and presenting firearms at a person and possession of a weapon during a violent crime in connection to this crime.
