Conway PD: Robbery suspect carries sawed off shotgun - WMBFNews.com, Myrtle Beach/Florence SC, Weather

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - Conway Police are asking for the public's helping to identify the man in this surveillance photos, wanted for questioning in connection to an armed robbery.

The young man in photos was seen on surveillance in the Gullies on Mail Street on Sunday, Feb. 10 around 6 p.m. when a black male between 19 and 25 years old robbed the store.

Police spokeswoman Catina Hipp says the male suspect was wearing  black pants, a dark blue shirt, and a hooded camouflage jacket. He was armed with a sawed-off short shotgun, and pointed it at the employees behind the Subway counter in the store.

He is described to stand 5'9" tall and about 150 pounds, clean cut with no facial hair and short hair. 

Anyone with any information concerning this incident and/or the identity of the suspect is asked to contact the Conway Police Department.
