NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Horry County Police have released photos of a woman suspected of identity theft, hoping someone might know her name.

The woman in these photos is responsible for stealing another woman's identity and using it to buy things, says police spokesman Sgt. Robert Kegler.

Property Crimes detectives are investigating this woman, who they believe has opened accounts, lines of credit and even purchased a car with the victim's identity.

Detectives are asking anyone with information leading to the identity of this woman to call your tip in at 915-5350. You may also call 915-TIPS if you wish to remain anonymous.
