HARTSVILLE, SC (WMBF) – Three suspects have been arrested for attempted murder in Hartsville, north of Florence, after the victim told detectives that a car drove up, then two men exited and pointed a rifle at him.
Bobby Royshawn Brown, Prentiss Foster, and Nebuyius Holloway have been arrested by Hartsville Police and charged with attempted murder, among other charges, according to an incident report from the department.
The victim told police that he was washing his four-wheeler outside his home at about 1:30 p.m. Thursday when a car pulled into his yard and two men got out of the right side of the vehicle. He saw what looked like an AK-47-style rifle pointed at him, and ran to the back of the home.
He told detectives that when he ran into the house, the two men got back into the car and sped away.
Detectives found several bullet holes and chipped bricks in and around the home, the report stated.
Officers arrested Brown, Foster, and Holloway, and charged all three with attempted murder, according to the report.
Holloway was also charged for discharging a firearm into a dwelling, and Foster was charged for possessing a stolen handgun when officers recovered a 9mm semi-automatic handgun from him..
