Conway PD seeks suspect in sports bar shooting

CONWAY, SC (WMBF) - Police in Conway are looking for an attempted murder suspect after shots were fired at a sports bar.

Captain Tammy Carter says that shooting occurred on Dec. 22 at Encore Sports Bar and Grill on Church Street.

When officers arrived on the scene they found a male victim with a gunshot wound to the chest. That man was transported to Grand Strand Regional MEdical Center for treatment.

Investigators have issued warrants for 23-year-old Arsenio Raheem Legette for attempted murder, possession of a weapon during the commission of a violent crime and possession of a firearm by prohibited persons.

Anyone with information on Legette's whereabouts are asked to call Conway Police Department at 843-248-1790.
