MB man arrested, indicted for child pornography

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) – United States Attorney District of South Carolina Bill Nettles said a man from Myrtle Beach has been arrested and indicted on charges related to child pornography.

Webster Douglas Williams, III, 54, has been charged in a four count indictment of production and possession of child pornography, and transporting a minor across state lines for the purpose of engaging in sexual acts.

The maximum penalty Williams could receive for the charges are 70 years imprisonment.

Nettles also stated that all charges in these indictments are merely accusations and that all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
