Sunshine in the forecast for Wednesday

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (WMBF) - Wednesday we will see more bright sunshine and mild temperatures in the mid to upper 60s.

Thursday will be even warmer with highs in the lower to middle 70s.

However, late Thursday will see some big changes as a strong cold front blows through.

That front will bring a round of showers and gusty thunderstorms late Thursday evening.

Much cooler weather will arrive Friday through the weekend with highs in the lower to middle 50s and overnight lows down around 32.
